Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the hosted Publish Relay service operated by BTC HODL Ltd / БТЦ ХОДЛ ЕООД.

Authorized and lawful use

You may use Publish Relay only for accounts and workspaces you are authorized to control and for lawful purposes. You must keep account access secure and must not use the service to violate law, evade platform safeguards, interfere with the service, or access another user's data.

Your content and connected platforms

You remain responsible for content, media, instructions, and publishing destinations submitted through Publish Relay. You must have the rights and permissions needed to publish them. Connected social platforms are independent third parties; their rules, availability, review, removal, and enforcement decisions continue to apply.

Service operation

We may maintain, update, suspend, or restrict the service when reasonably necessary for security, reliability, legal compliance, or protection against misuse. Scheduled delivery depends on connected platforms and network services that we do not control, so uninterrupted or error-free publication is not guaranteed.

Termination

You may stop using Publish Relay and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful or harmful activity, security risk, or where operation of the service can no longer reasonably continue. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including responsibility, warranty, and liability provisions, remain effective.

Warranties and liability

Publish Relay is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or acceptance of content by a connected platform. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, loss of profits or data, or actions taken by third-party platforms. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
