How to request deletion

1. Email [email protected] with the subject “Publish Relay data deletion request”.
2. Send the request from the email address used for your Publish Relay account.
3. Identify the workspace and the connected Facebook Page, Instagram account, or other social account involved. Include its public name or username and explain whether you want a connection, selected content, or the full hosted account deleted.

Verification

We verify that the requester controls the Publish Relay account and, where needed, the relevant workspace or connected social account. We may request additional information only when needed to prevent unauthorized deletion.

What deletion covers

After verification, we remove the requested hosted account or connection data, provider credentials, and scheduled unpublished content and media within the approved scope. Anonymous website analytics cannot be linked to an account or email for individual deletion; these records are automatically deleted after 90 days. Content already published to a social platform is controlled by that platform and may need to be removed there separately. We confirm completion by email.

Limited retention

Some audit, security, legal, dispute, and backup records may be retained for a limited period where reasonably necessary or legally required. Retained records remain protected and are not used to continue publishing.
